Required Basic Qualifications/基本要求:
1、 Minimum 7-year power electronics design experience;
2、 Minimum 3-year team lead or management experience;
3、 Well understand various high power topologies and control theories;
4、 Excellent power lab skills and analysis ability;
5、 Good communication, personal interaction, and presentation skills;
6、 Must have a Master or higher degrees.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
1、 Having wide-bandgap device knowledge or application experience;
2、 Experience on EV/HEV, PV, Energy Storage or/and high-power power supply design;
3、 Automotive qualification and reliability test experience;
4、 Power device and/or IC design or test experience;
5、 Keen on technology and market trends and be able to identify new applications.
1、 Manage AE team: prioritize tasks and drive new application development;
2、 Oversee and participate new power device and controller/driver IC characterization and validation tests;
3、 Visit key customers and collect new application requirement;
4、 Participate new controller and driver IC definition;
5、 Provide technical backup for FAE team and build good relationship with key customers;
6、 Advocate company’s product and technology, including conference presentation.
1、参与公司产品线在华东/华南地区的销售工作，寻找客户资源，完成公司分配的销售目标；
2、参与建立和维护客户关系，解决客户就销售和服务提出的投诉，提升客户满意度；
3、协助上级制定所在区域的销售目标，并实现销售目标和跟踪应收账款；
4、配合公司市场人员进行市场调研和推广，收集并分析行业市场信息；
5、配合公司技术人员进行售前技术咨询和技术支持服务。
1、大专及以上学历，电力电子、微电子、材料、物理等理科专业，或市场营销类专业；
2、有过1年以上同行销售经验或有良好的销售业绩记录者优先；
3、具有基本的市场营销知识，良好的销售技巧、客户关系处理能力；
4、工作积极主动，具有良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力；
5、有功率半导体器件销售或开关电源应用行业从业经验优先。
1、为客户提供现场技术支持，解决常规应用问题；
2、与器件/系统工程师合作，为终端客户提供技术解决方案和技术建议；
3、搜集市场上的应用需求和新的设计机会;
4、配合技术销售工程师拓展产品市场和取得销售订单；
5、配合系统、IC、器件、封装工程师完成产品定义；
6、展会演示，技术会议做产品报告。
1、本科及以上学历，电力电子、电气、电子及相关专业;
2、熟悉电路与功率转换拓扑;
3、熟悉功率器件与驱动电路;
4、具备两年以上AC/DC,DC/DC转换开发经验；
5、能快速响应客户需求，适应出差工作任务；
6、具备出色的人际交往和沟通表达能力，并建立良好的客户关系。

7、 Must have a Bachelor or higher degrees;
8、 Be able to travel up to 50% time;
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
1、 Having wide-bandgap device knowledge or application experience;
2、 Experience on EV/HEV, PV, Energy Storage or/and high-power power supply design;
3、 Automotive qualification and reliability test experience;
4、 Power device and/or IC design or test experience;
5、 Well understand the principle of signal, power and gate driver circuit PCB layout;
6、 Keen on technology and market trends and be able to identify new applications.
1、 Manage nationwide FAEs: prioritize tasks and arrange field support;
2、 Support system, IC design, power device, and packaging engineers to define product;
3、 Visit customers and drive new design-in opportunities;
4、 Build and develop strong relationship with customers;
5、 Advocate compan’s product and technology, including conference presentation.
